- Conversation content with AI companions
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment infrastructure; we only retain the minimum data required for bookkeeping)

- Usage patterns and interaction data

4. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and personalize our AI companion services
- To improve conversation quality and content relevance

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

- Likna (likna.me) (for AI image generation, on our own infrastructure)
- fal.ai (for AI image generation, when additional capacity is required)
- Payment processors (for transaction handling)
- Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting)
- Law enforcement (when legally required)
All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only as instructed. Prompts and generated images are processed by whichever of Likna or fal.ai handles the request; fal.ai is based in the United States.

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, with the following exceptions required by law:

Flagged content and identity verification records are retained even after account deletion to comply with Swedish criminal law and to support any ongoing or future law enforcement investigations. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel and law enforcement upon lawful request.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Age Restriction
Our service is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We implement age verification measures and will delete any data associated with underage users upon discovery.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
