1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Snusk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. AI-Generated Content

All companion interactions and images are generated by artificial intelligence. No real persons are depicted in any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI companions are fictional characters, not real people
  • Conversations are generated by AI and do not represent real human interaction
  • Generated images depict fictional, AI-created characters
  • Content quality and consistency may vary

Image generation is performed by Likna, our first-party GPU infrastructure, or by fal.ai, a third-party cloud provider, when additional capacity is required. Your prompts and the images generated from them are processed by whichever provider handles the request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service if you are under 18
  • Attempt to generate content depicting minors in any context
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
  • Share or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
  • Impersonate real individuals through AI companions
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

6. Content Safety

We implement safety measures to prevent the generation of illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content. Our AI systems are designed to refuse requests that violate our content policies, including but not limited to content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, or real individuals.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Snusk. AI-generated content created for you may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain no ownership rights over the underlying AI models or technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Snusk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law.

12. Creator Content

Creator content available on the platform is pre-produced and posted by creators at their sole discretion. Users may subscribe to access creator content but may not request, commission, or influence specific content from creators.

Certain interactive features may be restricted or unavailable based on your jurisdiction to comply with applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
