Payment Terms

1. What you're buying

Fluster offers two products:

• Tokens — a one-time purchase of digital tokens used to unlock companions and AI-generated images. Price: €4.99 for 10 tokens (€0.50 per token, rounded), including VAT at your local rate.
• Subscription — a monthly subscription giving you access to up to 3 companions and 30 AI-generated images per month. Price: €14.99 per month, including VAT at your local rate.

Both products are digital content/digital services delivered immediately upon successful purchase.

2. Payment provider

Payments and card handling are securely processed by Stripe. Fluster never stores your card details. You can manage your card, cancel your subscription, and view your receipts at any time via Stripe's customer portal from the Account & billing page.

3. Right of withdrawal and digital content

When you buy something online as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase.

For digital content like ours, that right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins — provided you have expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you are giving up your right of withdrawal by doing so.

At checkout, we therefore ask you to actively tick a box confirming this. Once tokens have been credited to your account, or your subscription has been activated, you have thereby waived your right of withdrawal for that purchase.

4. Refunds

We do not refund tokens or subscription fees once the right of withdrawal has been waived through consent at checkout, beyond what follows from mandatory law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

As a guarantee: failed AI generations are never charged. If our image generation fails to produce an image for technical reasons, your token is not deducted. This is built into the system — nothing you need to request.

5. Subscription terms

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Account & billing in the app. Access to companions unlocked through your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.

Tokens you purchased separately are not affected by your subscription ending — they remain available until you use them.

6. Price increases

We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance via email and in the app. You have the right to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

7. AI-generated content

All content on Fluster — text, images, personalities — is AI-generated. The characters are fictional and 21 years of age or older. None of the content represents real people or events. Descriptions and images should not be interpreted as reality.

8. Suspension of the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms of service (for example, attempts to generate illegal content). Prepaid tokens are forfeited upon suspension for serious violations; for suspensions on other grounds, unused tokens are refunded on a pro-rated basis.

9. Receipts

You will receive a receipt by email after every completed purchase. Your full transaction history is also available in Account & billing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in another EU/EEA country, this does not take away the protections you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence — those continue to apply alongside these terms.

11. Contact and disputes
