Age limit & adult content
fluster.me is a service for adults. You must be 18 years or older to use it. Here's how we handle age and adult content — and why we're launching cautiously.
Right now: safe mode (SFW)
We've deliberately launched in a safe mode. The companions are flirty, warm, and personal — but no explicit content is offered yet. Chat is kept clean, and image and video generation stick to safe, non-explicit subjects.
How we handle age
For safe mode, you confirm your age with an 18+ declaration (a checkbox). This is a self-declaration, not full verification — and that's sufficient because the content is clean.
Explicit content ("spicy mode") will sit behind real age verification via a certified third party. That feature is not available yet — it only unlocks once verification is built and done properly. Nobody gets access to explicit content before then.
How we act responsibly
- Artificial companions. All companions are AI-generated. They do not depict, and are not based on, real people.
- Active moderation. Content is continuously moderated. We have zero tolerance for illegal material — especially anything involving minors — and we block and report it.
- Clear boundaries. Even once explicit content exists, it will have clear, hard boundaries.
Your privacy
Your chats are yours. They are stored encrypted within the EU, are never sold, and are not used as training data without your consent. You can delete everything whenever you want (GDPR). Read more in our privacy policy and our terms.
